Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At DecoNooks Ltd we want you to love your space. This policy explains how refunds, revisions, and cancellations work for our design services.

1. Consultations

Paid design consultations are non-refundable once the session has taken place, as the value is delivered during the appointment. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice.

If your first concept doesn't feel like “you”, tell us within 7 days and we'll redesign it at no extra cost using your feedback. We're not done until the plan fits your home and your taste.

4. Products & Third-Party Items

Furniture, materials, and items purchased from third-party retailers are subject to those retailers' own return policies. DecoNooks is not responsible for third-party shipping, stock, or returns.

5. Installation Services

Where installation is included, refunds for incomplete work are calculated based on the stage reached. Completed installation work is non-refundable but covered by any workmanship guarantee stated in your project agreement.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@deconooks.com with your name, project details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.
